This leadership role involves supervising a team of Caregivers who provide direct support to individuals. Duties include assistance with daily activities like meal preparation and planning, medication administration, and personal care. The responsibilities are divided among providing direct support to clients, engaging in professional or program-related activities, and exercising supervisory functions.
