The role of Program Supervisor at ResCare Community Living offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. The position pays $11.00 hourly and involves a blend of supervisory responsibilities and direct support duties. As a Program Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in implementing Individual Service Plans (ISP), ensuring they are effectively executed to support the individuals receiving services. You will manage a dedicated team of caregivers, overseeing staff hiring, training, scheduling, and maintaining team performance standards.
This role requires a balance between administrative tasks and hands-on involvement. Supervisors are responsible for providing direct support to individuals, including assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care. Additionally, the Program Supervisor facilitates community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or transporting them to work and other activities, fostering social interaction and independence.

Job Duties
