With decades of experience and a committed team, ResCare continuously strives to make a positive impact on the lives of those they serve by offering compassionate and empowering support services.
Sevita, ResCare's parent organization, is a leading provider of home and community-based specialized healthcare in the United States. Serving over 50,000 individuals nationwide with the support of 40,000 dedicated team members, Sevita emphasizes the importance of quality, individualized care. The mission revolves around enabling everyone to live a full and independent life, regardless of physical, intellectual, or behavioral challenges. The organization's growth and innovation over more than 50 years underscore its commitment to excellence and positive change in the community-based healthcare landscape.
The role of Direct Support Program Coordinator at ResCare Community Living offers a unique opportunity for dedicated professionals looking to elevate their careers in direct care. This position focuses on making a tangible difference in the lives of individuals receiving services by developing and implementing tailored treatment plans that support their needs and foster independence. As a Direct Support Program Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating care and services that address medical and health-related needs, assessing referred individuals, and contributing to the development and review of service and behavior intervention plans.
You will work closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, funding sources, Mentors, and staff to ensure comprehensive support and positive outcomes for individuals served. Leadership responsibilities include aiding the manager or director with supervision and oversight of assigned staff, as well as providing effective direction in their absence. This role demands a reliable, compassionate attitude and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all aspects of work.
This position offers a competitive pay rate of $22.00 per hour and is ideal for individuals who are passionate about community-based support services and career growth. ResCare values its employees by offering various employment schedules, such as full-time, part-time, and as-needed, to accommodate diverse needs. Benefits including paid time off, health benefits for full-time employees, paid training, holiday pay, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for career development make this role attractive to professionals dedicated to making a real difference. Join a team where your impact on individuals' lives is seen and deeply valued, with the security and stability that come from federal and state funding.
