With a presence across the United States, Sevita and ResCare together support more than 50,000 individuals, implementing person-centered care focused on enhancing independence, overcoming challenges, and building lifelong skills. This organization is grounded in a mission to provide tailored support that respects each individual’s unique capabilities and goals, promoting self-growth and inclusion. With a team of over 40,000 dedicated staff members deeply committed to excellence, ResCare fosters a caring and collaborative environment where employees are encouraged to develop and thrive professionally while making a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
The Direct Support Program Coordinator position at ResCare Community Living offers an exceptional opportunity for caring professionals seeking to advance their career in direct care. This role is centered on providing leadership and coordination in the development, implementation, and continuous evaluation of programs aimed at improving outcomes for the individuals served.
