Essential skills include strong communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, and time management. Important personal qualities include patience, compassion, reliability, and responsibility. Additionally, candidates must hold a valid driver's license and have access to a registered, insured vehicle as part of their job responsibilities.
By joining Sevita and its ResCare Community Living division, caregivers become part of a respected and established organization that commits to non-discrimination and inclusive employment practices.
