SEVITA offers competitive pay with an hourly rate starting at $20.55 for those with less than one year of relevant experience and $21.65 for those with more experience, as defined by the collective bargaining agreement. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
