The Direct Support Professional/Caregiver role at Mentor Community Services in Northampton, PA is a part-time evening shift position (Thursday 3pm-11pm, 8 hours) with a competitive pay rate of $17.00 per hour. This important role involves providing hands-on support to individuals with IDD, assisting them with personal hygiene, behavioral challenges, and other complex needs. As a caregiver, you will foster meaningful connections to help participants achieve their developmental goals such as budgeting, exercising, and maintaining proper nutrition. The job encourages initiative, trust, and ownership, allowing you to support participants’ integration into their communities and participation in their favorite activities. This position requires a valid unrestricted driver's license with over one year of driving experience. Job Requirements
