With decades of experience and a dedicated team of compassionate professionals, the company stands out for its commitment to enhancing quality of life for the individuals it supports. Sevita, the parent organization, expands this mission nationwide, serving 50,000 individuals with a staff of 40,000 team members, delivering comprehensive home and community-based specialized healthcare services focused on independence, growth, and wellbeing.

The position requires compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to make a significant difference in the lives of people with diverse needs. The work is rewarding and offers opportunities to build real, meaningful relationships with those served while fostering their growth through individualized support plans.
At Sevita, the DSP is entrusted with the responsibility to empower participants to thrive by encouraging independence through activities such as budgeting, exercise, nutrition, and facilitating community integration. The company fosters an environment where caregivers feel valued, supported, and equipped with the tools and training necessary for a fulfilling career. Full-time employees enjoy competitive pay, access to pay on demand, a comprehensive benefits package including a 401(k) plan with a company match, paid time off, holiday pay, and career development opportunities.
