This dedication extends to its employees, who are supported in building meaningful, rewarding careers in the healthcare and human services field. With a mission-driven team, the company fosters an environment where relationships between staff and the individuals they serve are strong, motivational, and impactful. Joining this team means becoming a part of more than a workplace; it means engaging in a purpose that inspires growth, independence, and compassion on a daily basis.

Offered at a competitive rate of $17.10 per hour and typically scheduled for weekend shifts from 6 am to 2 pm, this position is perfect for compassionate, dedicated individuals who want to make a tangible difference. Employees are encouraged to take initiative and foster independence among participants, helping them integrate into their communities and pursue activities they enjoy. Moreover, the company offers a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including time off, holiday pay, health benefits, and a 401(k) plan with a company match. The supportive work environment includes supervisors dedicated to employee well-being and professional development, providing opportunities for continued learning and career growth.

Sevita, with over 50 years of experience and a workforce of 40,000 team members, is a national leader in specialized home and community-based healthcare.
