Job Description

The current opportunity is for a part-time or PRN Caregiver position based at the Church Creek Home in Charleston, South Carolina. This role involves working the 2nd shift from 3 pm to 11 pm, Monday through Friday including every other weekend, with a competitive hourly wage of $15.81. As a Caregiver, you will take pride in contributing to meaningful work that helps individuals grow, learn, and live well. The role goes beyond basic support to foster real relationships with participants, empowering them to achieve personal goals and enjoy community activities. You will be entrusted by leadership to do what is right for the people you serve, taking initiative to support developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. The role also requires assisting individuals with personal hygiene while supporting those who may have behavioral challenges or complex needs.
