As a caregiver with Sevita, you will play a vital role in this mission-driven company. This position offers a meaningful opportunity to work closely with individuals with diverse needs, supporting their journey toward greater independence and community participation. Scheduled for Monday 7 AM to 3 PM and every other Wednesday 7 AM to 3 PM, the role pays $15 per hour. Your daily work will involve assisting with personal hygiene, encouraging development in areas such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition, and helping individuals engage in community activities they enjoy. In this position, building genuine relationships is key: you will develop meaningful connections with the people you serve, fostering a positive and encouraging environment that motivates and supports each person’s growth.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to adapt and multi-task
- Effective teamwork and time-management skills
- Patience and compassion
- Reliability and responsibility
- Valid driver's license
- Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
