Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to adapt and multi-task
- Effective teamwork and time management
- Compassionate, patient, reliable, and responsible
- Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
Job Qualifications

- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred

Job Duties
- Assist individuals with personal hygiene
- Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
- Help participants engage in community and favorite activities
- Manage behavioral challenges with patience and understanding
- Build meaningful relationships with the individuals served
- Take initiative to promote independence and growth
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors effectively
