The Caregiver role at Mentor Community Services represents a full-time opportunity primarily scheduled in the afternoon and evening shifts in Lakeland, FL, offering a competitive wage of $15.00 per hour. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to adapt and multitask

  • Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
