Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to adapt and multitask
- Teamwork skills
- Time-management skills
- Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
- Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance

Job Duties
- Assist individuals with personal hygiene
- Support participants with behavioral challenges and complex needs
- Help participants achieve developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
- Encourage and facilitate community participation and favorite activities
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with participants
- Take initiative and demonstrate ownership in caregiving tasks
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to provide high-quality care
