Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
- strong communication skills
- adaptability
- ability to multi-task

- valid driver's license
- access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance

Job Duties
- assist individuals with personal hygiene
- support individuals with developmental and behavioral challenges
- encourage participation in community activities
- help participants with goal-oriented tasks such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
- build meaningful relationships with participants
- maintain trust and ownership in decision-making
- support participant wellbeing and daily living needs
