Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Teamwork skills
- Patient and compassionate behavior
- Reliable and responsible attitude
- Valid driver’s license
- Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance

Job Duties
- Assist individuals with personal hygiene
- Support participants in managing developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
- Help individuals engage in community activities and social interactions

- Develop meaningful relationships with participants to foster trust and independence
- Follow care plans and provide person-centered services
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
