Job Requirements

- six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred

- valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance

Job Duties
- assist people with personal hygiene
- support individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs
- help participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
- develop meaningful relationships with participants
- encourage community involvement and participation in favorite activities
- follow care plans and communicate effectively with supervisors
- maintain a safe and supportive environment
