The Caregiver role within ResCare Community Living offers a fulfilling and impactful career path based in Denton, TX. This full-time position operates Monday through Friday from 2 PM to 10 PM, providing stable and consistent hours for employees. The role centers on assisting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by providing direct support that promotes independence, personal growth, and community involvement. As a caregiver, you will take pride in performing rewarding work that helps people grow, learn, and improve their quality of life.

In this role, you will develop meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve, creating a trusting and supportive environment. Your daily responsibilities will include aiding participants with personal hygiene, supporting their developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition, and encouraging participation in community activities.   • Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
