The caregiver will play a crucial role in helping participants with budgeting, exercise, nutrition, and other independent living skills. Sevita’s commitment to employee well-being is reflected in its competitive pay structure, time off benefits, and a comprehensive support network that includes caring supervisors who prioritize both participant and employee wellness.

In addition to the competitive pay and supportive work environment, full-time employees at Sevita benefit from a comprehensive package that includes a 401(k) plan with a 3% company match, paid time off, holiday pay, job security, and continuous learning and development opportunities. The company invests in the professional growth of its employees by providing training and tools necessary for building a fulfilling career in human and community services.
