Job Duties
- assist individuals with personal hygiene and daily living tasks
- support participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
- build meaningful relationships with participants to promote their growth and independence
- help participants engage in community activities and their favorite pursuits
- manage behavioral challenges and support individuals with complex needs
- maintain accurate documentation of care and participant progress
- collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure high-quality care
