National General offers a competitive compensation package, starting with a base hourly rate of $20 plus uncapped monthly incentives based on individual and team performance. Additional benefits include day-one eligibility for medical, dental, and vision insurance; tuition reimbursement; pension plans; paid time off with 20 PTO days annually and six paid holidays; and a connectivity reimbursement for remote workers. This role offers the chance to build a rewarding career in a dynamic sector while positively impacting customers' lives through effective insurance solutions.
