Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- one year related work experience
- must be 18 years or older
- current driver's license with 1 year driving history without restrictions
- car registration and auto insurance
- other licensure or certification as required
- ability to communicate effectively
- ability to organize and maintain schedules
- willingness to work split shifts from 6 am to 9 am and 2 pm to 10 pm monday through friday

Job Duties
- facilitate the implementation of individual service plans (isp) and participate in administrative duties including staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight
- supervise a team of caregivers supporting individuals in the program
- provide support to individuals with daily activities such as meal preparation and planning, medication administration, and personal care
- balance duties between direct support, professional or program activities, and supervision
- facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation to work or activities
