Job Requirements

- Proficient with technology tools including event management and CRM software
- Creative and strategic thinker in event and branding development
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 3 or more years of experience in event planning, branding, or marketing
- Experience in higher education or technology-related environment preferred
- Proficiency with design and communication tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop engaging digital content for diverse audiences
- Experience with event management software and CRM systems
- Demonstrated collaborative skills with diverse stakeholders
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) or related certification preferred
Job Duties
- Lead planning and execution of major IT events including technology showcases and AI initiatives
- Develop and maintain cohesive brand identity through visual design and messaging
- Coordinate event logistics, budgets, vendors, and cross-campus partnerships
- Drive customer engagement via digital communications and storytelling
- Hire, lead, mentor, and train support staff and student employees
- Manage event budgets, schedules, and conduct post-event evaluations
- Participate in cross-divisional committees and collaborative projects
