Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of five years proven leadership expertise
- Two to four years direct foodservice operational management experience
- Knowledge of inventory and purchasing control
- Strong understanding of food quality, sanitation, and food cost controls
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Ability to manage client relationships and profitability
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of additional experience
- Proven leadership expertise with a minimum of five years
- Two to four years of direct foodservice operational management experience including inventory and purchasing control
- Strong knowledge of food and catering trends focusing on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation
- Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable
- ServSafe certified is a plus
- Forward thinking and proactive mindset
Job Duties
- Operate the department according to the approved budget while providing maximum value to the client

- Direct and conduct safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs
