Job Requirements
- At least seven years’ experience in event or catering sales management
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work full-time onsite
- Capacity to provide strategic leadership in a corporate dining setting

- Excellent leadership and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in a high-volume, upscale catering, restaurant, hotel, or resort environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field
Job Duties
- Providing strategic leadership to the unit team, event planning and execution, and personally representing the company
- Developing business performance against company sales standards and metrics, including budgeted sales goals, event profitability, guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and safety and sanitation
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and employees
- Ensuring the highest level of integrity and accountability in all business dealings
