Job Requirements

Experience working as a bartender in high-end or busy hospitality environments
Knowledge of food and wine pairing principles
Familiarity with a wide range of cocktails, spirits, wine and beer
Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively
Capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
Proof of legal age to serve alcohol
Willingness to adhere to all legal and company service procedures
Reliable and punctual
Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in bar area

Job Qualifications

Proven excellence in high-end dining establishments
Deep understanding of food and wine pairings
Comprehensive knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, spirits, wine and beer
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Keen attention to detail

Job Duties

Prepare and serve drinks that are 100% accurately made and beautifully garnished, consistent with Amaro's Table standards and recipes
Create cost-considerate draft cocktails, drink specials, etc, with daily stock/surplus
Plan drink menus and inform customers about new beverages and specials
Maintain an expert level understanding of the current wine, beer and spirits selection, with an emphasis on amari
Make drink or spirit recommendations to guests and servers using knowledge of our backbar with a default to classic cocktails and amari
Learn the names and personally recognize our regulars, provide thoughtful and engaging service to all
Follow all steps of service outlined in Server Guidelines and maintain highest standards
