Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous supervisory experience required
- ability to work full-time with varying schedules
- strong organizational skills
- ability to enforce safety and sanitation standards
- effective communication skills
- physical ability to perform job duties

- legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Ensures high quality food and beverages are served within established time frames
- reviews menu and production needs to manage daily functions
- monitors staff to ensure protocols and quality assurance tools are used correctly
- visits guest service areas to assess satisfaction
- communicates regularly and effectively with staff
- enforces safety standards
- ensures sanitation standards are enforced and cleaning procedures are completed
- performs other duties as assigned
