Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous supervisory experience required
  • ability to work full-time with varying schedules
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to enforce safety and sanitation standards
  • effective communication skills
  • physical ability to perform job duties
  • willingness to comply with company policies
  • legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory experience in foodservice or hospitality
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage and motivate a team
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • experience with quality assurance protocols
  • customer service orientation
  • ability to work flexible hours based on business needs

Job Duties

  • Ensures high quality food and beverages are served within established time frames
  • reviews menu and production needs to manage daily functions
  • monitors staff to ensure protocols and quality assurance tools are used correctly
  • visits guest service areas to assess satisfaction
  • communicates regularly and effectively with staff
  • enforces safety standards
  • ensures sanitation standards are enforced and cleaning procedures are completed
  • performs other duties as assigned
