- Ability to work full-time schedule including rotating days and weekends

Job Duties
- Provide first-level supervision of food, beverage, and meal services
- Oversee daily production needs and manage menu reviews
- Ensure high-quality, well-presented food and beverages are served on time
- Monitor staff to ensure compliance with systems, protocols, and quality assurance tools
- Visit guest service areas to assess satisfaction levels
- Communicate regularly with staff both formally and informally
- Enforce safety and sanitation standards and sign off on cleaning procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned
