Job Requirements

  • Prior leadership experience required

  • Ability to work full-time schedule including rotating days and weekends
  • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation

Job Duties

  • Provide first-level supervision of food, beverage, and meal services
  • Oversee daily production needs and manage menu reviews
  • Ensure high-quality, well-presented food and beverages are served on time
  • Monitor staff to ensure compliance with systems, protocols, and quality assurance tools
  • Visit guest service areas to assess satisfaction levels
  • Communicate regularly with staff both formally and informally
  • Enforce safety and sanitation standards and sign off on cleaning procedures
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
