A significant aspect of the position is establishing a welcoming and friendly environment where guest interactions are characterized by professionalism and solution-oriented service. Supporting a positive team culture that encourages accountability, collaboration, and continual growth is also fundamental to success in this role.

American Dining Creations offers competitive weekly pay, a 401(k) plan with company matching, complimentary employee meals and beverages during shifts, an employee referral bonus program, and an employee assistance program. Eligible employees can access medical, prescription, dental, and vision plans. Uniforms and safety shoes are provided, along with ongoing learning, development, and advancement opportunities. The company supports flexible working hours for select positions, emphasizing work-life balance. American Food & Vending is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive workplace where all employees can thrive.
