The Dining Supervisor role at Larksfield Place is a full-time position within the healthcare center dining services department, offering competitive pay ranging from $19 to $21 per hour, based on experience. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum 1 year of food service experience
- Prior supervisory or team lead experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with dietary guidelines and sanitation regulations
- Ability to read diet cards and follow specific meal service instructions
- Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills

Job Duties
- Oversee daily meal service to residents, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with dietary needs
- Provide training and coaching to uphold service standards
- Communicate food and supply needs to the Executive Chef and assist with inventory verification
- Monitor cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety practices throughout the kitchen and dining areas
- Support documentation processes including temperature logs, cleaning schedules, and compliance charts
- Collaborate with nursing staff to meet individualized resident dietary needs and preferences
- Assist with meal plating and delivery during busy service periods
- Ensure nourishment rooms are fully stocked and ready for resident access
- Participate in departmental meetings, trainings, and quality improvement initiatives
