The role offered by Fooda is that of a single-unit manager responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of a cafeteria location featuring multiple food stations. This position demands a hands-on approach to ensure the highest standards of service and sanitation are consistently met and that every customer receives a memorable Fooda experience. The manager will coordinate everything from restaurant arrivals, setup, inventory controls, to staff recruitment and training. The position is full-time and offers a competitive salary around $70,000. Beyond operations management, the candidate will handle financial accountability including P&L oversight and weekly accounting tasks, update POS systems, and engage regularly with the Director for issue escalation and strategic improvements.
