The role offered by Fooda is that of a single-unit manager responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of a cafeteria location featuring multiple food stations. The manager will coordinate everything from restaurant arrivals, setup, inventory controls, to staff recruitment and training. Job Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Five to eight years of relevant experience preferred
- Prior experience in large food service or enterprise catering
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to work independently

Job Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations of a single-unit location with multiple stations
- Monitor setup, restock, and breakdown of cafeteria daily
- Oversee daily arrival and setup of all restaurants ensuring Fooda standards of service and sanitation
- Manage inventory and ordering of grab-and-go food products, beverages, and snacks
- Conduct bi-monthly inventory and P&L accountability
- Ensure all customers are rung up and properly charged
- Update and maintain POS software and database on a daily basis
- Recruit, schedule, and train hourly staff
- Complete weekly accounting responsibilities and accurate entry into Fooda systems
- Escalate issues to Director when necessary for problem solving
