Currently, Well-Spring is seeking approximately five Dining Services Assistants to bolster their evening dining team. This role is part-time, requiring a consistent weekly commitment of four 5-hour shifts, typically scheduled between 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. The position offers a starting pay of $14.16 per hour, balancing competitive compensation with flexible scheduling to accommodate a variety of lifestyles. The Dining Services Assistant plays a vital role in providing a fine-dining experience for the community’s residents and guests. Responsibilities include delivering table service in a refined atmosphere, taking and accurately delivering food and beverage orders, and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of daily menus, specials, and desserts. The assistant collaborates closely with management and team members to ensure that every guest’s needs are met promptly and courteously.

In addition to order service, the Dining Services Assistant is responsible for clearing and resetting tables, running food orders, seating guests, and restocking supplies, thereby ensuring the smooth operation of the dining area. This role requires a friendly and professional demeanor paired with strong customer service skills to create an exceptional dining experience that meets the high standards expected at Well-Spring.
