Job Description

The Village at Brookwood, located in Burlington, North Carolina, is a proud member of The Well•Spring Group based in Greensboro, North Carolina. Job Requirements

  • Completion of tenth grade education or above preferred
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
  • Minimum availability for three shifts per week
  • Willingness to work flexible days and shifts
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check
  • Passing a drug screening
  • Verification of employment and credentials

Job Qualifications

  • Completion of tenth grade education or above preferred
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to function effectively as a team member
  • Flexibility to work a minimum of three shifts per week and different days or shifts
  • Experience in dining or hospitality preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Waiting on tables and taking food and drink orders
  • Ensuring all orders are served accurately
  • Having knowledge of the daily menu, specials, and desserts
  • Working closely with management regarding customer concerns
  • Assisting with seating of tables, dining room clearing and resetting of tables, end of shift side work and restocking
  • Performing light food prep such as plating salads and desserts
  • Assisting other areas in dining when necessary
  • Creating an above average dining experience and supporting exceptional customer service
