- previous experience in food service or a restaurant environment preferred

Job Duties
- Scraping, rinsing, loading, and unloading dishes and utensils from the dishwasher
- cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining the dish room and equipment
- keeping a continuous supply of clean dishware available for service
- assisting with food preparation tasks, including basic prep such as vegetable preparation
- supporting food storage, restocking, and inventory practices using FIFO guidelines
- maintaining sanitation logs, food temperature records, and cleaning schedules
- sweeping, mopping, taking out trash, and completing routine and deep cleaning tasks
- assisting with meal delivery and supporting team operations as needed
- following all food safety, infection control, and workplace safety procedures
