Apostolic Christian Restmor blends a rich tradition of Christian values with modern healthcare practices to ensure a holistic approach to resident wellbeing. The facility is known not only for its excellent resident care but also for fostering a positive workplace culture where employees are valued and encouraged to grow.

Currently, Apostolic Christian Restmor is seeking a full-time Dining Services Manager to join their team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that residents receive nutritious and enjoyable meals in a timely and respectful manner. The Dining Services Manager will oversee and support the resident meal service process while providing direct supervision to the evening staff. This position requires a versatile individual able to balance cooking, administrative, and cleaning responsibilities. The work schedule includes shifts from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM on four weekdays, as well as every other weekend and participation in a rotating holiday schedule, emphasizing the importance of reliability and commitment.

The ideal candidate will also conduct inventory and manage food orders in coordination with the Director of Dining Services, ensuring efficient supply usage and waste control. Physical demands of the position involve extended periods of standing and walking, frequent stooping, bending, stretching, and reaching, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push or pull up to 100 pounds. The work environment includes exposure to kitchen hazards and varying temperatures, requiring safety awareness and adherence to regulatory standards.

This role is vital within Apostolic Christian Restmor’s operational team and offers an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the community it serves. Candidates with a background in food service and employee management, strong communication skills, and a willingness to attain Serv-Safe or local health certification within six months of employment will thrive in this position.
