Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Five to ten years of related experience and/or training
  • Hospitality or hotel experience preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Proficiency in Point of Sale Systems
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, use hands and arms frequently
  • Ability to lift or move up to 10 pounds
  • Vision abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday with weekends and holidays as needed
  • Capability to work early morning to mid-afternoon shifts with occasional evenings as required

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or five to ten years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Hotel or hospitality experience preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Proficiency in Point of Sale Systems
  • Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily

Job Duties

  • Lead and elevate the dining experience across the Dining Room, Health Care Center, Employee Lounge, and Private Functions
  • Build, coach, and inspire Dining Services Supervisors and dining team members
  • Partner with culinary leadership to align service excellence with menu execution
  • Engage residents and Resident Dining Committees to continuously improve the dining experience
  • Champion service standards, training, and innovation in a dynamic senior living environment
  • Manage, coordinate, and oversee scheduling for Waitstaff, Health Care Center dining, Employee Meals, and Private Functions to ensure coverage and service flow
  • Oversee ordering and inventory of supplies and service items for all dining venues
