Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Five to ten years of related experience and/or training
- Hospitality or hotel experience preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Proficiency in Point of Sale Systems
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, use hands and arms frequently
- Ability to lift or move up to 10 pounds
- Vision abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
- Availability to work Monday through Friday with weekends and holidays as needed
- Capability to work early morning to mid-afternoon shifts with occasional evenings as required
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or five to ten years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Proficiency in Point of Sale Systems
- Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
Job Duties
- Lead and elevate the dining experience across the Dining Room, Health Care Center, Employee Lounge, and Private Functions
- Build, coach, and inspire Dining Services Supervisors and dining team members
- Partner with culinary leadership to align service excellence with menu execution
- Engage residents and Resident Dining Committees to continuously improve the dining experience
- Champion service standards, training, and innovation in a dynamic senior living environment
- Manage, coordinate, and oversee scheduling for Waitstaff, Health Care Center dining, Employee Meals, and Private Functions to ensure coverage and service flow
- Oversee ordering and inventory of supplies and service items for all dining venues
