Furthermore, maintaining inventory, preparing cleaning schedules and production worksheets, and implementing continuous quality improvement programs fall under your purview. The position requires sound judgment to solve operational problems and maintain optimal service quality.
Brookdale is dedicated to supporting its associates, offering benefits such as paid time off, paid holidays, disability insurance, adoption assistance, and tuition reimbursement for full-time employees. Additionally, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, and various voluntary benefits, including accident and critical illness insurance, are accessible. For hourly associates, early access to earned wages is available in most locations. Brookdale encourages veterans, transitioning military personnel, and military spouses to apply and supports associates pursuing U.S. citizenship by advancing naturalization fees under qualifying conditions. This role entails physical demands such as standing, walking, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds, and requires compliance with safety procedures to mitigate exposure to health hazards.
