Aramark SeniorLIFE+ is currently seeking an experienced Director of Dining Services to lead the dining operations at Capstone Village, a premier senior living community located in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. This role is vital in overseeing a full-service dining program tailored to a high-end senior living environment, focusing on providing consistent, high-quality food and exceptional customer service that enhances the resident experience. The Director of Dining Services will be responsible for both strategic leadership and day-to-day operational management of community dining programs, ensuring alignment with Aramark’s standards and client expectations.

As a key leadership position, the Director will manage and inspire culinary and service teams, fostering a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and superior hospitality. Job Requirements

Minimum of 2-3 years relevant experience in senior living dining services or hospitality management
Strong leadership and team development skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis
Ability to ensure compliance with health safety and company standards
Capacity to work on feet for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending
Willingness to wear uniforms and use personal protective equipment as required

Job Qualifications

2-3 years experience in senior living CCRC communities healthcare dining or upscale hospitality environments preferred
Strong focus on client service business growth and operational leadership
Effective communication skills with clients senior leadership and internal teams
Ability to interpret and execute against contractual requirements
Meaningful experience in service industry contract services or hospitality environments
Proven ability to lead through other managers
Experience managing budgets financial controls and operational analysis
Experience developing and executing operational programs and initiatives

Job Duties
