The Director of Dining Services position at Culinary Services Group offers a rewarding opportunity to lead and oversee the daily operations of a dining account within the organization. The role is instrumental in ensuring the highest quality of food and service is delivered to customers. As a Director of Dining Services, the successful candidate will manage and inspire a team of associates, ensuring smooth operations while maintaining excellent relationships with customers, guests, clients, and other departments. This role is a key leadership position tasked with overall responsibility for client relations, food quality, budgeting, and rolling out new culinary programs that align with CSG’s standards and customer expectations. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $76,000 annually, complemented by bonus incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.

The Director of Dining Services will collaborate closely with chefs and management teams to develop innovative menus that meet the nutritional and taste standards of their population. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or culinary arts preferred
  • Three to five years of foodservice operation experience
  • Experience in high volume production and catering
  • Previous experience managing a budget
  • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations

Job Duties

  • Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests, and clients as well as other departments
  • Work with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food
  • Oversee all profit and loss (P&L) and budgeting as it pertains to the account
  • Roll out new culinary programs
  • Lead and manage a team of dining service associates
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
  • Monitor and improve customer satisfaction levels
