They must demonstrate the ability to read and write English, show a willingness to learn new tasks, and be flexible with their work schedule, including availability for every other weekend. Physical capabilities such as the ability to lift heavy objects, stand and walk throughout the day, and tolerate kitchen heat are essential. Moreover, associates must be free from communicable diseases to safeguard resident health.
The Dining Services Associate also plays a vital role as a Culture Ambassador, exemplifying the company's core values. This includes caring about people, doing the right thing, enjoying their work, speaking up responsibly, taking ownership, adding value, and maintaining respect in all interactions.
