The position of Dining Services Assistant Manager at HCSG is a vital role responsible for supporting the Dining Services Manager in the oversight of daily dining operations at a long-term care facility. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food service management or a similar role is desired
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in dining services
  • Basic computer skills for record-keeping and report generation
  • Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies
  • Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, and stand, bend, and walk for extended periods
  • Residency within the service area is required

Job Duties
