The Dining Services Director role at a Brightview community is a pivotal position that involves leading and championing the dining services team to deliver exceptional culinary experiences to residents. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2-4 years of food service management experience in hospitality
  • ability to lead and manage a diverse team
  • current Safe Serve or equivalent certification
  • experience in food preparation
  • ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
  • ability to plan and manage budgets
  • analytical skills for report analysis
  • proficiency with Microsoft suite
  • effective English communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • minimum 2-4 years of food service management experience in hospitality field such as country club or banquets

Job Duties
