With a focus on fostering a nurturing and welcoming environment, Sunrise Senior Living is committed to helping seniors live life to the fullest at every stage. Their team members are driven by a sense of purpose and passion for making a positive impact in the lives of the residents they serve.

Joining Sunrise Senior Living as a Dining Server means becoming part of a vibrant team that values connection, respect, and excellent service. The role is essential in creating a warm and inviting dining experience for residents and guests by providing timely and professional meal service. Dining Servers at Sunrise support residents in selecting menu items, describing meal options, and ensuring all dietary needs and preferences are met. This position is more than just serving food; it’s about fostering moments of joy and togetherness that positively impact the daily lives of older adults.

You will assist with bussing and resetting tables according to community standards, keeping the dining area clean and organized, and completing essential side work and opening or closing duties. Participation in pre-meal meetings is important to stay informed about menu offerings and special dietary considerations.

Sunrise Senior Living offers a supportive work environment where career growth is encouraged alongside professional development. The pay range for the Dining Server position is between $12.00 and $15.00 per hour, with additional benefits that complement the base pay, including discretionary bonuses depending on individual and company performance. Employees at Sunrise enjoy access to comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance plans, as well as retirement savings options to support their long-term financial wellness.

Beyond compensation, Sunset promotes a culture that recognizes employee contributions and encourages a healthy work-life balance. Benefits such as paid time off, sick leave, holiday pay, tuition reimbursement, and an employee assistance program reflect the company’s commitment to supporting its team members both personally and professionally. With the option for myFlexPay, employees can receive payment within hours of their shift, adding flexibility to meet their financial needs.
