In the role of Dining Server at Sunrise Senior Living, you will play a vital part in delivering an exceptional dining experience for residents and guests. This position involves accurately taking and delivering food and beverage orders while creating a warm and welcoming environment in the dining area. Dining Servers help cultivate a hospitable atmosphere by building positive connections with residents, assisting with menu selections, and ensuring strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards. In addition to meal service duties, the role includes responsibilities like bussing and resetting tables, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining room and bistro, completing assigned side work, and participating in pre-meal meetings to review menu offerings.
