As a Dining Server at Brightview Senior Living, you will be instrumental in enhancing the overall dining experience of our residents, making mealtimes enjoyable and memorable. This role requires a passion for excellent customer service with a keen attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Your responsibilities will include providing friendly and prompt dining service, assisting with meal preparation and presentation, and ensuring that dietary restrictions and preferences are strictly followed to support residents' health needs. Cleanliness and sanitation standards must be upheld rigorously to maintain a safe dining environment. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity
- physical capability to lift light to moderate weight as required
- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- willingness to undergo background checks and comply with all health and safety standards
- commitment to delivering compassionate and respectful service to seniors
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in dining services or customer service is a plus but not required
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong orientation towards outstanding customer service
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties
- Provide prompt, courteous dining service to residents and guests by accurately taking and delivering orders
- set up and clean dining areas before and after meal service, ensuring a welcoming environment
- assist with meal preparation and presentation under the guidance of kitchen staff
- ensure compliance with dietary restrictions and special requests to accommodate residents’ health needs
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all dining and food preparation areas according to health and safety guidelines
- engage with residents to create a warm and social dining atmosphere, paying attention to their preferences and feedback
- assist with inventory management, including stocking and organizing supplies
- participate in staff meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service quality
