The company nurtures a culture where employees are encouraged to grow, share, and work collaboratively in an atmosphere of mutual respect, aiming to make every interaction meaningful and every stay memorable. The mission centers on fostering connections not only between guests and the hotel but also between colleagues, creating an inclusive and supportive environment positioning Four Seasons as a leader in the hospitality industry.
Situated in Philadelphia, the Four Seasons Hotel is the city’s first Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star Hotel, offering guests an elevated experience from the moment they arrive. The location is celebrated for its sophisticated amenities such as the tranquil Five-Star Spa featuring healing crystal therapies and a stunning 57th-floor infinity pool overlooking the cityscape. Culinary offerings at this venue are exceptional, with fine dining crafted by Michelin-starred Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten alongside innovative dishes from local James Beard Award-winning Chef Greg Vernick. The hotel effortlessly combines luxury with the welcoming spirit of Brotherly Love, setting a unique and compelling atmosphere for its guests.
The In-Room Dining Server role is pivotal within the Food & Beverage team, responsible for ensuring that guests receive timely and impeccable service in the privacy of their rooms. This role involves transporting food orders and special requests with precision and care, maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation. Servers greet guests warmly, provide detailed descriptions of menu offerings, and ensure all necessary room service setups and breakdowns are handled efficiently. Additionally, they manage billing closures accurately, handle guest satisfaction proactively, and respond swiftly to any concerns, enhancing the overall guest experience.
Ideal candidates bring a passion for flawless service, strong interpersonal skills, and a robust understanding of food and beverage offerings. This role demands flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as the hotel operates 24/7 year-round. Four Seasons values integrity, teamwork, and a dedication to excellence, encouraging employees to embody these values and contribute to the company’s prestigious reputation.
Four Seasons also offers a comprehensive range of employee benefits designed to support well-being and professional growth. Complimentary room night stays globally, employee meals prepared by talented culinary teams, uniform cleaning services, and access to medical and dental coverage provide attractive support for staff. Additional perks include discount programs for parking and fitness memberships, generous paid time off and holidays, robust 401k matching benefits, and fully paid parental leave. Employees are invited to grow within the organization, embarking on rewarding career paths within this esteemed luxury hospitality brand.
