We are currently seeking a dedicated server to join our dynamic team. As a server at Pizzahacker, your role will be pivotal in ensuring each guest enjoys a memorable dining experience. This position is available both full-time and part-time, with competitive pay ranging from $19.61 to $28.67 per hour. Servers are the frontline representatives of our restaurant, tasked with providing attentive and courteous service. Your responsibilities will encompass greeting and seating guests promptly, presenting menus, taking and inputting orders accurately using our Toast Point of Sale (POS) system, and delivering food and beverages efficiently. You will act as the liaison between the guests and our kitchen staff, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner.

In this fast-paced, customer-centered role, constant communication with both guests and kitchen personnel is essential. Ensuring that all guests feel welcomed, valued, and cared for throughout their dining experience will be part of your daily duties. You will handle cash and card transactions responsibly, maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining space, and adhere strictly to food safety protocols to guarantee a safe environment for everyone. We encourage servers who are proactive in addressing guest needs and responsive to any concerns or requests to apply.

Ideal candidates will have prior experience in the food service industry, though this is not mandatory as we provide paid training to help you get up to speed. Familiarity with cash register operations and point-of-sale systems such as Toast POS is a plus, alongside strong communication skills and a cooperative attitude.
