The role of Dining Server at Life Enriching Communities' Concord Reserve location is a part-time position with scheduled hours from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM, three days a week, including rotating weekends. The Dining Server plays a critical role in creating a welcoming dining experience for residents by exhibiting warmth, attentiveness, and a keen eye for detail. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

As a Dining Server, the individual will be responsible for serving 3-4 tables in a friendly and timely manner, maintaining comprehensive knowledge of menu items and their preparation, and skilfully processing checks using a POS system. In addition to serving duties, the Dining Server is responsible for completing side work and ensuring the cleanliness and neatness of the dining room, including filling water glasses, clearing and resetting tables. The importance of following dress code standards and maintaining a professional appearance cannot be overstated, as it reflects the high standards upheld by Life Enriching Communities.

This position is perfect for candidates who have prior food service experience and a strong background in customer service, possess reliability and punctuality, and demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment background checks and drug screenings.
