Job Duties

  • Transport food orders and amenities to guest rooms in a timely manner
  • Greet guests and provide thorough descriptions of food and beverage items
  • Breakdown, clean, and set-up room service tables and necessary items
  • Coordinate tray and table removal
  • Properly and accurately close guest checks securing room number and signature
  • Settle voided checks or complimentary meals
  • Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, offer suggestions, and respond urgently to guest concerns and requests
