The Dining Server role at Shorewood Campus is an essential position contributing to the overall well-being and happiness of the residents. As a Dining Server, you will play a vital part in delivering excellent dining experiences by serving meals with warmth, respect, and attention to individual resident needs and preferences. This position offers part-time shifts with flexible hours, including morning shifts from 8 AM to 2:30 PM and evening shifts from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM, weekends included. The role pays competitively, ranging from $15 to $17.50 per hour, with additional credit given for relevant experience. Job Requirements
- Must be able to read and write at a 9th grade level
- Must be 15 years of age or older for the evening shifts and 17 years of age or older to work a day shift
- Able to produce a negative drug test
- Must pass a background check
- Able to perform essential job functions satisfactorily
Job Qualifications
- Ability to read and write at a 9th grade level
- Able to work flexible part-time shifts including weekends
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory
Job Duties
- Play a vital role in delighting the residents in the dining room for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Serve meals with a smile on your face and attention to what the residents need and want
