As part of the Four Seasons food and beverage team, the In-Room Dining Server plays a vital role in upholding the hotel’s distinguished reputation for service. This role involves the timely and efficient transportation of food orders and amenities directly to guests' rooms, ensuring meticulous attention to food quality and presentation. Servers are expected to warmly greet guests, provide detailed descriptions of menu items, and accommodate any special requests or dietary considerations with professionalism and care. Responsibilities also include the proper setup and breakdown of room service tables, coordination of tray and table removal, and accurate handling of guest check closures.
