As part of the Four Seasons food and beverage team, the In-Room Dining Server plays a vital role in upholding the hotel’s distinguished reputation for service. This role involves the timely and efficient transportation of food orders and amenities directly to guests' rooms, ensuring meticulous attention to food quality and presentation. Servers are expected to warmly greet guests, provide detailed descriptions of menu items, and accommodate any special requests or dietary considerations with professionalism and care. Responsibilities also include the proper setup and breakdown of room service tables, coordination of tray and table removal, and accurate handling of guest check closures. Anticipating guest needs while promptly addressing any concerns, the In-Room Dining Server contributes to creating a seamless and luxurious in-room dining experience. Job Requirements

  • Passion for flawless service and highest level of integrity and work ethic
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Prior experience in hospitality or food and beverage service preferred
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and positive attitude under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal and team player skills
  • Work authorization in the United States

Job Duties

  • Transport food orders and amenities to guest rooms in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality
  • Greet guests and provide thorough descriptions of food and beverage items
  • Breakdown, clean, and set-up room service tables and necessary items
  • Coordinate tray and table removal
  • Properly and accurately close guest checks securing room number and signature
  • Properly settle voided checks or complimentary meals
  • Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
